2AC: Great job effectively refuting arguments. I like how you were paying attention in the debate this morning and used some similar arguments like that the money would be available to the private sector. Be sure to go in the same order as the 1NC so it doesn’t mess up the judge’s flow. I really like how you explained the Hitler.
2NC: Great job responding to the 2AC argument against what you said in the 1NC. Start out with your argument – reiterate what your argument before responding to theirs. You did a great job doing this the second time you gave your speech.

-make sure to give arguments labels
-good explanation of counter standards
-needs more emphasis on extending arguments from earlier in the debate in addition to refuting others arguments

2AC
- You start out by states lack uniformity. That's great. But explain why it matters. What is the value of uniformity? You start to explain this in relation to transportation; I like that. Do more. Also, this is a piece of evidence. It should be cited
- You run into the same problem as William, reading the cards that states won't spend. You do a nice job of attempting to explain your way out of this problem, but it's probably better to just avoid it entirely. Maybe make the bureaucratic interest thing as just an analytic.
2NC
- As with the others, I think you need a better explanation of how the states can effectively solve the infrastructure problem. You jump to 'federal action is bad' but that doesn't prove the states can work.
- I'm not 100% sure where you're going with the Beatles lyric. Why does mother mary come to the states? I'm not sure.
1AR
- To open, you want to extend your own argument. You are primarily attempting to explain why federal spending is good, which is important, but your primary goal should be proving that the states DON'T work. You say that they can't deficit spend, but don't explain what this means, or why it's important.
- I'd like to hear slightly more about the permutation. How does it obtain the benefits of uniform action and the decentralized.

great job explaining/debate the states cp. you are very good about answering each of their arguments
you do a great job answering 50 state fiat - you make a bunch of arguments and are very efficient
Politics, you need to make sure to answer each of the 2ac arguments. pretty good job, but this would be the place to work on in the future.
